Dr. Longley was incredibly friendly, yet straightforward. He showed genuine care, and thoroughly diagnosed my back issues, while taking the time to explain how he arrived at those conclusions and what comes next.
Yesterday morning as i spent 3 hrs on the bathroom floor, the first 15mins or so in excruciating pain that left me moaning with each breath, i thought about the last visit i had with Dr Longley. He told me i did not have any nerve damage and that he was going to check with the insurance company to see if i could get another round of back injections. That was that, never heard from him again. Dr. Burd is one of my favorite doctors! He genuinely cares about me and my concerns. He’s done two surgeries on me and both turned out great. He’s very personable takes the time to answer questions. He never seems in a big hurry. I love Dr. Burd!
I really appreciate how Dr. McClellan took the time to explain my X Rays and also at home tests to make sure that my back is still in good condition.
Dr. Tim Burd is thoughtful, detailed, and an excellent surgeon. He helped me with a low back issue several years ago (saved my quality of life) and now helped me understand my options with a painful neck issue. He spent over a half hour with me ensuring I was comfortable with my options and ultimate choice. I cannot say enough about his skills and bed side manner. Thank you!
Dr. McClellan is an excellent doctor. He takes his time and explains things very well so you can understand your condition. He is genuine and not pushy.
