I always receive great care and my concerns are always addressed by Dr McClellan at my visits
I had never met the man, but he read over the test results and told me what he expected to find. He ordered 2 more tests to be exact which I appreciate.
Dr. McClellan is very knowledgeable and a wonderful, caring doctor. He takes the time to listen to you and he explains everything clearly. I highly recommend him.
I thought I had pain coming from my back.I learned the pain was coming from a previous hip surgery. Was given advise to call the surgeon who did the work or a doctor recommend by Dr McClellan at once so that something more serious didn't happen. And don't waist time doing this. Also learned I Have some complications in my neck are. Did an MRI and am awaiting the test results. Dr McClellan has always been considerate of our daughters situation and what it must be like for a teenage girl to get the news she has to wear a brace. He is professional with a fun personality.
Dr. McClellan is the best!! He’s done a back & neck surgery on me, & both have turned out very successful.
We waited over 2 hours. He was nice, but didn't answer any of our questions. I would not go back to a Doctor that can not take more than 5 minutes for a Patient that waits more than 2 hours.
I just wrote a review and the system kicked me out . . . In a nutshell, I am very disappointed in the lack of communication with Dr. McClellan I was NOT told what pain to expect except some nerve pain. The pain has been excruciating and long lasting (6 days so far). When I spoke with his nurse Jennifer today, she was very dismissive. Tammy, another nurse, had been helpful and empathetic. I most certainly will not return to this uncaring dr. due to his inaccessibility and poor communication.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I waited 6 weeks for an appointment, then he was over 2 hours late for the appointment. Then he told me I should wait until I was bed ridden before he would do surgery. He was rushed and didn't listen to me. Choose a different doctor.
