Dr is always very informative and pleasant to talk with
Dr. McClellan has a clear and pragmatic approach, which I really appreciate. Although he was very busy, he took sufficient time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This being my first visit ever to a spine surgeon, I am very happy I chose Dr. McClellan.
I could not be happier than I am with Dr. McClellan and his staff. I have had a few issues with my back this past year and both Dr. McClellan and the rest of his staff have been so accommodating and helpful. They have made a difficult year much easier to deal with.
My wait time was extraordinarily long on this visit.
would not listen to my concerns about my employment or want to understand how my job affects my body, spent a lot of time in the office with me but since my surgery was a year ago and no relief the cold shoulder was apparent and they wanted me gone. stopped returning calls and basically told me how he was gonna do things even after I had numerous upper management people from work and even the nurse try to tell him and he didn't wanna listen. his ego took over and he stopped caring
I appreciate Dr. McClellan and Sarah Stamm. They are an amazing team. We had a couple difficult discussions, very pleased they listened, reviewed all options with me and took actions to resolve. This is what I consider patient and provider working together for good outcomes. Thank you.
Dr. McClellan took the time necessary to listen to my concerns and questions, explain my situation, and tell me about the best course of action in his opinion. He and his team are not just trying to make a quick buck on doing another surgery but they are very slow and deliberate about the decision to have surgery after all other options have been exhausted. Which means that they have your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend him and his team. Maybe it is standard but it took me 6 weeks to get in to see him.
I’m so grateful to find this wonderful doctor. He was very informative about what’s going on in my case.
Excellent!!! All the staff is so nice and lovely I like the place to and the Dr.McClellan makes me feel confident about my situation I trust on him for my future.
