Dr Burd was absolutely great very kind and personable.
I heard Dr. MccClellan was an excellent doctor. My first visit confirmed what I had heard. He is thorough and seems very knowledgeable. Takes the time to make you feel comfortable, then explains everything in detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Very friendly and out-going. Listens to patient's concerns and does not sugar-coat anything. Showed me a few things on my latest MRI that 3 other doctors have missed. Also showed me the stenosis was progressing into my thoracic spine. Of course, after this appointment I felt even LESS optimistic about my spine condition and was not given any other suggestions for pain management [what I am doing - mild meds, physical therapy] is either not working or making it worse. It was a quick and efficient appointment. The doctor explained everything in down to earth terms and checked my understanding
Outstanding doctor. BUT. Not acceptable to wait 2 hours to be seen. Also not acceptable to wait -almost 3 months for a appointment.
ALL THE PERSONNEL WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. DR BURD WAS VERY THOROUGH AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. HE LISTENED TO EVERYTING I SAID. I LEFT FEELING VERY SATISFIED.
He was very impressive. Took time to answer all questions and concerns.
Positive: Dr. Burd fully explained all the options available for my treatment and took time to show me the visual details of the spinal issues. Very positive attitude. Negative: had to wait over an hour after scheduled appointment time. But, the time with him went well.
