Dr Barrington spent one whole hour with me and my wife on our first consultation visit this summer to explain how he would treat my knee problems and what my X-Rays were indicating about my need for surgery. He is extremely courteous and informative. His knee replacement surgery on me in October of this year was outstanding and relatively pain free during the recovery. I highly recommend him to everyone I meet. He is simply one of the best orthopedic surgeons in Dallas and Texas.
Dr. Barrington has changed my quality of life. I’ve been to several orthopedic specialists and he is the first to really help me.
Love Dr.Barrington- he always takes the time to explain things and is very gentle. Has the best bed side manner - always patient abs kind with just enough humor to put you at ease.
Very positive experience. He listened to me, reviewed my X-rays with me & asked important questions. He knew what was going on & gave me a treatment plan that I could work with. All my questions were answered. Dr. Barrington & his team are absolutely wonderful!

Dr. Barrington replaced my right hip. Surgery was flawless; recovery was quick, and results were as exoected. He is a very through, considerate, and talented doctor. He's my go-to Guy for future hip/knee issues
