Janine Wendling, the service rep who also happens to be a Journeyperson Mechanic, was very caring, competent and gave great customer service. She really knows how to connect with clients! Within minutes, the part needed to fix the problem was located and ordered. The following day, I was able to drive the repaired car back to Texas having spent nothing out of pocket since it was covered by a recall notice ... read more
