my daughter purchased her first car from then in July and its October and she still hasn't recieved the title from them. they have been very evasive in getting the title to her. finance dept. wont return calls. am beginning to think the car was stolen. i guess they only care for customers if they live in Oklahoma.

What a day! Drove 2 hours to Guthrie to see a car at John Vance. Worst experience ever! Called them first thing, they told us to come down, and they'd have it ready. We got there and they not only had sold it, they didn't once apologize or attempt to make it right. I understand completely that they don't have to hold it, but they could have at least called us to tell us, rather than trying to push other cars on us, and being shocked when I told them we were leaving. Awful service department. My Truck has been there since the end of July... I’ve been mislead and Lied to on several times. They are trying to help me NOW after I gotten upset and made my blood pressure go up....
