Service sucks here. They blame me being stranded on my truck being muddy. It's funny that I have the only vehicle that can't handle mud. I live on a dirt road and do not abuse my truck by playing in the mud. I'll not be back to purchase or service my vehicle here again.
RecommendedEverything, their sales and service staff are excellent in every aspect, they have always treated me very well.

anyone looking to buy a car i highly recomend this dealership. had a little bit of trouble in the beggining but it was fixed and was taken care of and made right. i highly recommend them.

Just purchased a vehicle last night from the location in Perry. I live two hours away in Kansas. Did as much work over the phone/computer as possible. They went above and beyond for us, had the vehicle ready out front when we got there, worked with us on financing and amazing customer service! I had to purchase another vehicle recently and found one at John Vance in Guthrie. To say they have treated us well is such an understatement! THEY CALLED ME to get the vehicle in for some minor work it needed. Marcia and the team up there have taken such good care of us as NEW customers. We WILL be buying more vehicles from this group. This is not how you treat people. You post your cars on the internet, someone is very interested in purchasing one so they contact you. You even double check to make sure it's still available before you make the trip there. When you get there, no one attempts to help you. When you finally find someone and ask about the person you have been dealing with, he's not there..and oh yes, the car you wanted is sold.
