Have 2017 dodge 1 ton Cummings diesel under warranty that had transmission issues. I make a living with my truck so it was hard to be without it,they gave me something to drive and the guys in service had it fixed and back to me 3 days sooner than they said.... no questions asked warranty covered it,great service..... when I by another vehicle it will be from John Vance in Guthrie. Oh,and I didn’t even by this truck from them......

As a double amputee, my van is very important to get me to doctor appointments and escaping from my home for fun. They went out of their way to come pick up my van and do the necessary work to keep my van in tip top shape. They did a thorough job and found damage that was covered by warranty and made the repair. I like using family owned business when I can because they believe in customer service and take pride in a job well done.
Gabe in the service department got us in a rental and our car fixed in a week. His customer service was above and beyond any expectation. I would highly recommend this place. I left my wallet in the rental and the detail department found it and promptly contacted us. This experience has changed my view on dealerships and I will be a lifelong customer.
