I just bought a new Yukon Denali here. Marcia was amazing and made me feel like family. She was very knowledgeable and made the buying process easy! I feel like she’s an old family friend! Bought my truck around 2.5 months ago used. Been having “fuel problems” and brake problems. I live about 1 hour 45 minutes away from the dealership so it’s gotta be a special day trip when I go. Well Gabe was extraordinary in knowledge explaining to me the reasoning behind my fuel problems(which wasn’t the truck but crappy fuel). I have been buying my GMC Sierra pick up truck's from John Vance since 1999. I use the GMC Service Department for all my service. I have always been treated fairly, and with respect. They have always been honest and fair when it comes to repairs, and parts. I wouldn't take my GMC's anywhere else.
