Just purchased a vehicle last night from the location in Perry. I live two hours away in Kansas. Did as much work over the phone/computer as possible. This is not how you treat people. You post your cars on the internet, someone is very interested in purchasing one so they contact you. You even double check to make sure it's still available before you make the trip there. When you get there, no one attempts to help you. When you finally find someone and ask about the person you have been dealing with, he's not there..and oh yes, the car you wanted is sold. my daughter purchased her first car from then in July and its October and she still hasn't recieved the title from them. they have been very evasive in getting the title to her. finance dept. wont return calls. am beginning to think the car was stolen. i guess they only care for customers if they live in Oklahoma.

What a day! Drove 2 hours to Guthrie to see a car at John Vance. Worst experience ever! Called them first thing, they told us to come down, and they'd have it ready. We got there and they not only had sold it, they didn't once apologize or attempt to make it right. I understand completely that they don't have to hold it, but they could have at least called us to tell us, rather than trying to push other cars on us, and being shocked when I told them we were leaving.
