Literally will NEVER recommend this place for anything! Salespeople are kind but I am completely floored at how the service desk will con/guilt people into paying a diagnostic fee. I’m not going to pay 10X the price of the part. $288 dollars for complete work up and $260 was in labor. Also, $650+tax quote for a tune up (total fuel service). Do NOT do business here.
Typical dealership out to scam their customers by inflating the cost of their vehicles past MSRP. Do not fall for their sleezy tricks
RecommendedBest car buying experience I EVER had! Ahhhhhmazing customer service with Marcia who went above and beyond to make sure I got my dream car!! I was VERY pleased from beginning with a phone call, to the follow through and finance department. Since we knew what we wanted and were pre-approved we were in and out in 1.5 hours!! Would recommend to anyone!!!
Be honest, take the sign down in Perry, as your really not cheaper.
My complaint is with the service department. I drove from out of town with an appointment. 10 Dropped off my car early 9:35 and came back 10:50 after being told it would 35-40 minutes my van had not moved. They didn’t call to update me. I’m stuck in Perry with two kids until it’s finished. I’m very upset about the lack of customer service. Update: Jerald Hawthorne was the service advisor.

RecommendedSpoke to Marsha before heading to Guthrie and explained what vehicle we were interested in and what we were pre-approved for. Marsha was waiting outside for us when we pulled up. By far one of the SMOOTHEST car buying experiences I have had to date. Marsha, Rick (finance) and Jason (service) were great. We will be bringing this vehicle and our others here for our service for sure. And look forward to going to John Vance for our next vehicle purchase! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Service sucks here. They blame me being stranded on my truck being muddy. It's funny that I have the only vehicle that can't handle mud. I live on a dirt road and do not abuse my truck by playing in the mud. I'll not be back to purchase or service my vehicle here again.
RecommendedEverything, their sales and service staff are excellent in every aspect, they have always treated me very well.
