I called in to Ford Service at around 4:30 yesterday asking if they had a time slot open for an oil change. After checking, Kevin told me that the 5:00 appointment had canceled. They got me in & out in less than 45 minutes! Thanks Kevin!

Very good experience. I didn't feel pressured and the men I worked with seemed down to earth and not the stereotypical sales person.
I had never been there before and they greeted me before I got out of the car and it didn't take long to fix my recall. I suggested that my sister take my nieces car there to get her recall fixed as well.
