When Dr. Parker told me I had a cancer in my eye, I was shocked and didn't ask all the questions that I needed answers to. The next day I called and and asked to go over these questions. His staff responded within minutes to my call. I was given very informative answers to my questions. I thank Dr. Parker for being very informative and describing in detail the cancer in my eye and how he would perform the surgery and the healing process..
The staff and Dr. Parker were very attentive and spent a considerable mount of time addressing my problem.an
I have been seeing Dr. Parker for about 15 years. I feel very confident in him and his practice.
For cornea and cataract surgery, and all pre- and post-operative visits, I have received excellent treatment from Dr. Parker and all his staff. Praise the Lord for such a great talented, capable doctor! I am a senior citizen and drive from Huntsville, AL.
Dr. Parker is so good, when AARP (United Health Care) dropped UAB and Dr.Parker, we changed insurance. Consider the person great doctor, teacher and then his yearly mission.
Absolutely great, great Opthalmologist. Perfect amount of small talk too - isn't pushy.
Dr Parker is excellent. Due to being an academic setting with emergencies I can assume this is why the visit takes so long. The staff did not explain the long wait however. Attention to this detail would make a much more pleasant office visit. I don't mind waiting if given an explanation and choice to stay or reschedule.
As a new patient of Dr. Parker's, I already feel a high level of confidence in him and his staff. Patient rapport was easily established. Due to the previous excellent ratings and my personal experience, I feel assured that my eyes/vision are in the most capable and knowledgeable experts. Dr. Parker's unhurried, attentive and genuine concern means a lot.
Praise God for doctors like him!!! I have been seeing him several years. We drive from northwest Florida.
