Was referred for injections however when I was finally contacted by his office the first thing out of his "staff member " was "We won't be prescribing any medication for you ". I said excuse me......did I call you for any medication to which she replied " I received the order from Dr. HENNESSY for evaluation and treatment and WE DONT TREAT!!!.
