Absolute professionalism across the board from X-rays; diagnostic discussion; surgery; recovery measures; and physical therapy!
Dr Shank was able to see me the day I broke my ankle. He explained my injury to me and said it was a common fracture and that “I should be as good as new”. I remarked that I’d be happy if I was as good as I was when I was 75. He performed Tightrope surgery and reduced the fractures in two broken bones a week later. I was seen within 4 days of calling the office. The staff was friendly, professional, & quick! Dr. Shank was everything elite athletes say he is.. an expert in his field and specialty with healing results. My imagining and diagnosis with follow-up care took less than 45 minutes. Appreciate Dr. Shank and staff greatly !

Everyone from the nurse practitioner to the physician assistant to Dr. Shank took a great deal of time with us to explain the diagnosis as well as the treatment. We were there for 2 hours and left feeling fully informed.

Dr. Shank is wonderful. He explained all he was going to do with my foot before surgery and how everything was healing and what to expect when I started walking again at the last follow up. He’s the best, for sure! His PAs and staff are also great. Thank you Dr. Shank.
Torn Achilles out of town on vacation in FL. ER in Florida advised to get in asap after returning to CO. Dr Shank's office got me in as soon as I got back despite being booked. Staff was great. Met with PA Green first who was great. Then Dr Shank who was also great. Recommended ultrasound out of concern for a blood clot before surgery and got me an immediate appt for the ultrasound.
