He always listens to what is doing on. And comes up with a plan
Very personable and takes all the time you needDr. Shank and his PA listens to all questions and gives very detailed answers. This is my forth time seeing him. I tore up a ligament in my foot. He got me in very quick for surgery and did a fantastic job on it. I would defiantly refer Dr. Shank to anyone. I can't say enough about how good he is!
Dr Shank was very helpful with my broken foot. He explained the procedure and even contacted me on the weekend to talk to me about the surgery and results from the MRI. He had all my procedures scheduled right away. He is personal and helpful. I will definitely use his services again. His assistant was very personal and helpful too.

Dr. Shank listens to all questions and gives very detailed answers.This is my second time seeing him before my full ankle joint replacement and I had so many questions for him- some that I felt were stupid questions- but he didn’t make me feel dumb for asking. He is not at all “full of himself”, and his humble attitude actually made me feel more comfortable. Thank you Dr. Shank.
Dr. Shank is a wonderful surgeon. He has worked on my foot before. I had a emergency with ankle, leg that needed immediate attention. Dr. Shank and his whole staff were stellar from before I even walked in the door. I feel complete trust in Dr. Shank. He truly cares about you as a person and a patient. After a botch-job on my shattered ankle (fell on black ice; hypermobile joints meant I dislocated as well as broke it), Dr. Shank went in and fixed everything. I asked every medical professional during the 18-month span of surgeries and recoveries if they believed I would ever be able to do my favorite hike again. Shank is great has good ideas very personable. The waiting time was longer than I expected,otherwise it was very good and people were very apologetic.
