I went to emergency. I thought I was dying but I had the flu. They made me wait for 2 hours after I could have been discharged. Ended up watching a horrible Denzel Washington movie all the way through, which sucked. They sent me home without treatment. $10,000 bill. Fortunately, my insurance paid $7,000, but I'm stuck with a $3,000 bill for going in to emergency and them telling me I have the flu. Don't go to emergency unless you want to pay at least $3,000.

John Muir is possibly the BEST Hospital for multi specialty care. The ER is AWESOME and the Muir Team for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy is on par with Kessler on the East Coast. Jp
At John Muir Medical Center the staff is attentive, caring and always making you feel welcome, compassionate and well cared for. They saved my brother's life with the help of God and they took great care of him. They are well organized and run and seamless operations. The hospital security personnel does a great job guarding wards making sure that there isn't any visitors' drama disturbing the peace of patients and their families. ����

An emergency situation for me.....but all were great from Colin in the ER to Brenda my assigned nurse and Dr Alfandary was da bomb. She is absolutely the best
