My mother, who is a real trooper and was walking 5 miles a day at 83 years old until her worn-down knee, needed a knee replacement which she received at John Muir Concord. She does not like to make waves but the nurse's assistants were abusive with her. One would not take her to the bathroom and another did not let her sit in her wheel chair and eat where the staff had originally suggested would be a good place for her heart and soul. I went to have a CT scan yesterday. There was NO parking anywhere in the parking areas. we went to your Valet in the front of the hospital. There were cars double parked from the front to the back of the hospital. The Valet said they could not help us, there were no parking spaces. We went back to ER. Same story. We drove around for 40 minutes waiting for someone to leave. What the hell is wrong with you people? You spend millions of dollars building a state of the art facility that nobody can access??
