They left me in excruciating pain without permitting me to see a surgeon for three days when there were visible gallstones. Horrible time spent there. And when I had a severe bladder infection, they wouldn't give me the results of the tests I ordered, let them sit on a shelf and treated me like a drug seeker in the ER. I will never go to that hospital again unless I'm utterly incapacitated. San Ramon Regional far exceeds this pathetic excuse for a medical center.
