Employees look dirty and the people don’t communicate
I went to have a CT scan yesterday. There was NO parking anywhere in the parking areas. we went to your Valet in the front of the hospital. There were cars double parked from the front to the back of the hospital. The Valet said they could not help us, there were no parking spaces. We went back to ER. Same story. We drove around for 40 minutes waiting for someone to leave. What the hell is wrong with you people? You spend millions of dollars building a state of the art facility that nobody can access?? They left me in excruciating pain without permitting me to see a surgeon for three days when there were visible gallstones. Horrible time spent there. And when I had a severe bladder infection, they wouldn't give me the results of the tests I ordered, let them sit on a shelf and treated me like a drug seeker in the ER. I will never go to that hospital again unless I'm utterly incapacitated. San Ramon Regional far exceeds this pathetic excuse for a medical center.
The nurses and doctors are the best at John Muir Health! I would recommend them definitely if you have the correct healthcare coverage.
