JOHN MUIR IS AN EXCEPTIONAL HOSPITAL I HAVE BEEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES.THIS TIME AROUND I WAS IN THE ER FOR BOUT 5 N HALF HOURS WHICH WAS VERY LONG THAT SUCKED BUT WHEN I GOT IN THEY GAVE ME ANTIBIOTICS GODD ANTIBIOTICS NOT JUST PENICILLIN LIKE KAISER DOES.I LIVE IN ALAMEDA COUNTY OAKLAND BUT AS FAR AS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY JOHN MUIR IS THE BEST

Thank you John Muir (mt.diablo) for the excellent care I received 1/29/17. The hospital was on lock down and still managed to take great care of me your staff is very professional and friendly!!! And the doc was very through!!
Good facilities and Doctor and other stuff are detailed regarding the situation of the patient. I gave 5 *.because of the employee.
As far as I'm concerned I have had nothing but the best of care from a group of professionals that care about the job they do and know so much about how to do their job. What a group. I've been in and out of the hospital for the last 3 years. If it wasn't for them I probably would not be alive to give this summation. Thank you all at John Muir for saving my life and giving me the tools to continue. Your all great I can't say enough about all of you !!!!!!!!!!!
I would have gave a five but waiting is horrific. I was in so much pain and they waited untill all my results to come back i was there for over 3 hours. Doctors and nurses are great at what they do they take what needs to be done and always make you feel better. �
This was my husband's second visit to this facility for two separate surgeries. The staff was very friendly and helpful during both stays. I don't have any complaints.
