It was a great experience to visit the Urgent Care, x-ray/imaging, and Emergency Room yesterday. The staff was veey efficient and friendly. I appreciated the extra effort to safely remove my jade bracelet, a feat that had not been done for over 30 years! Pain from a fracture was made better just to be treated with compassionate care. Thank you!
Never again. My husband went to the ER with chest pains. They ruled out cardiac within minutes, awesome. We knew we'd wait but not because of lack of communication. ER doc came in after about 3 hours to tell him the CT scan had showed nothing, she poked around for about 15 seconds, said because his pain was so high she'd admit him for observation and pain management.
