The one nurse didn't know how to do-and I be kept missing the vein and he had to call-in the big guns. A nice Asian descent lady I think, and she was very good at what she did and when the IV rig came out it Barely left a mark. Everything else was top notch great experience ...

My son is in there for the 4th time for various reasons. Last night he was in the E R and they were wonderful. Very kind and caring. I especially have to give a shout out to DR. Tran. He is amazing, listens to the patient and explains things and is very positive and uplifting! John Muir had always been top notch.
From check in to check out the experience was very good. The nurses specifically were outstanding and it was obvious that they love what they do. I won't say I loved it because I don't like being in the ER but that has nothing to do with the excellent care John Muir and that staff there gave me. Thank you!!!
The ER Nurse and Doctor are great and very attentive to their patients, they took good care of me and kept me informed at all times on the status of my care.
