Sounds funny that I love a place where nobody wants to go but every person that I interacted with, from the man that was at the door to the doctor, was awesome nice. There's always a couple not as much, but you can tell they were tired or stressed cause they still took time to be nice. Most of all.. Great care from the front door and home again! Nursing staff excellent!!
Did not wait long and triage was excellent. Even the admitting clerk knows the "magic words" to trigger urgency of the case. Needs were met in a timely manner and did not wait long for discharge. It's like clock work and was out with everything I needed in 3 hours. Magnet hospital, excellent service.

I've been here 4 times since November for dehydration and potassium issues due to possible colitis. Everyone has been great. A special shout out to Dr Kevin Tao who called me two days later after one of my visits to see how I was doing. I was very impressed. He sees lots of patients, but he made time to call. That is big in my book.
What a pleasant experience under the circumstances. It took about 2 hours in all...very efficient system.
Brought my son who had fallen and hit his head at school to the ER. We were in and out in under an hour. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Great experience
The only reason I didnt like it was because I hate hospitals. However, the nurses & nurses aids were a 5☆ on the 4th floor isolation unit. They also were Fantastic & very nice!!!! :)
