The nurses in the Emergency department are amazing, most of all there is a Tongan nurse in there that ALWAYS greets me in our native language makes me feel right at home. I wish they had a labor&delivery department or a major delivery floor.. after the additional new building, the place looks even more bigger & better..
I had major surgery here and the entire experience could not have gone better! The entire staff was compassionate and understanding! They answered my questions and I felt they really cared about me and getting me back on my feet!!!
Great facility, love my new primary care doctor, the staff, labs, everyone top notch.
I used to work at former MT Diablo Medical Center.. now is John Muir Medical Center Concord Campus!! actually when I left was already merge to John Muir at Walnut Creek Campus...my department was B-6..Ortho/med floor..the people working there they look so happy..smiling..no matter how busy the day you're where having..Yes..they're always have an answer for every question!! that team was the A- TEAM...when I was hired and I came to Ortho/ med - surg..all of them make me feel welcome..and you can tell? all the reviews we had..... read more
Worst hospital in US!!!! Nurses all angry..i ve heard also they fire nurses when they are pregnant!!!!!

Your dismissive treatment of my wife this morning is beyond reprehensible and downright shameful. The fact that my wife was forced to wait at your facility for more than three hours and was sent away with no treatment is outrageous. She remains in tremendous pain at this hour, and we will seek care at another facility. Your staff should be ashamed.
Staff need to take breaks at different times, not all at once. You are here to work and not socialize. Figure it out.
We are traveling and had an emergency arise. I thank God that he directed us to this facility. Though not the closest to where we were staying, it has been the "best" horrible experience we could have. Security staff through every other person with which we dealt, I have nothing but thanks and praise. I highly recommend this fine staff and facility.
