After two prior herniations of my L4/5 disc at 19 & 37 yrs old, it ruptured and caused such extreme nerve compression and sciatica that I couldn't lay down or sit down. I am so thankful for Dr.Klekamp and his entire staff for their professional demeanor, their friendliness and compassion. I was in horrible pain when I saw them for the first time, in late April, and thee months later I was 100% better. I don't know the medical terms but I essentially had ruptured discs in my neck. He was very compassionate, listened and understood my problem.
Rerun visit after visit with an interventional radiologist for an epidural steroid injection for sciatic pain. I complemented Dr. Klekamp and Dr. Shaw for being an excellent team (injection relieved the pain). Low back pain continues, which Dr. Klekamp addressed on this visit. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Klekamp.
We did have to wait for quite some time, but really worth the wait...excellent compassionate care!
Second opinion regarding two discs with problems. Found Dr Klekamp to be absolutely the best communicator I’ve experienced in the medical field. Also runs an extremely efficient office operation. Left feeling confident I’ve found my best shot at recovery.

Dr. Klekamp is always very attentive to the patient's issues and concerns. His obvious deep knowledge of orthepedics and his surgical expertise give one confidence and assurance that Dr. Klekamp will provide the right treatment solution. I have spinal stenosis, and have been a patient of Dr. Klekamp's for many years now. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone with back problems.
Dr Klekamp is a very engaging and very knowledgeable gentleman who offers compassion along with rock solid professional care. He took his time to thoroughly explain my medical circumstance and options for care. He was patient and answered all of my questions. His demeanor is very comforting. I left his exam room confident that I was exactly where I should be for the best back/spine care available and that he would take good care of me.
