There always on point with sorting out my issues with my 2012 Ford Focus. Even thou they say two days it ends up being a day depending if there is anything else being worked on thru the day for them. 5 stars, good people,good service and nice cars.
took way to long to get back to me VIA e-mail with some numbers. the numbers were not good so it looks like i shop somewhere else! the funny thing about this is, they are in the business of selling cars but don't have better offers to make you want to go into and buy. the good thing for me is i have a list of vehicles that i like and i am sure one of them will come back with better numbers!
The whole car buying process was easy. I wound up getting an amazing deal and my salesman Roy Williams and the owner Chris Kennedy bent over backwards to get me the exact car I wanted.
Will not be buying a car here again.. Bought an explorer and didn't notice a dent in front bumper until the following day... I went back up to dealership and they promised me that they would fix it but could only do it on a Friday. For three weeks they told me it couldn't be repaired because it rained every Friday and the body repair employee doesn't come in when it rains...
