Not only did my husband have to bring his car in for a rebuilt transmission but then a week later for catalytic converter. But now my brother in law has had his vehicle to John Kennedy now going on the 5 or 6th time for yet another issue. The check engine light continuously goes on with in a week after picking up his vehicle with new issues each time. SMH! Not very good mechanics in my opinion. Will never do business with this location.

Denise, we're sorry you feel that way. We haven't heard from you or your husband since April regarding his 2014 Fusion so we assume the transmission and catalytic converter are working fine. If that's not the case, please contact your Service Advisor, Alex Grassi at 215-396-6203. Had terrible experience with service department was told several times by service manager he was trying to get issue resolved since August heard from him beginning of November and nothing since. Really sucks you cant depend on a local dealership for service. I gave up and went to Fred Beans Newtown and purchased a new truck.
