Seems like bait and switch going on here. Poor communication between Web rep and sales team. Salesman wasn't even away what car our appointment was about. Car promised was not at location. Tried to lowball on our trade-in, even though it was a very low mileage, perfect condition vehicle. Steer clear.

I bought my first car from Kennedy Ford. Since then, I bought one from C&C Ford that I had to take back as the car was very defective. Went back to Kennedy and have no gone to any other dealership. Today, Nick Williams helped us again. Frankly Thank You isn't enough. The expert support through the years - 1976 to present; we only go to this dealership for all of our inspections and repairs. Repair prices are competitive. Exceptional customer service.
Bought my first new vehicle in over 30 years and what a great outfit - John Hreczan was very knowledgable on exactly what my needs were and I took home a 2016 Explorer sport. I took an epic journey across the country for our first vacation in over 15 years and the truck performed flawlessly, had the first oil change and service was very quick so I waited staff are very professional I highly recommend Kennedy Ford for your next purchase you won't be disappointed!
