Had problems with the heater, brought it in and had the water pump replaced. Still under the "certified" warranty. Great job.
I have had my Ford Escape for year and a half and love my car and love the service I get from this dealership. Previously I was a long time Dodge owner and I will tell you I never received service close to what I get here. We will always be a Ford Family now !!! and love this Feasterville location will continue to go there as well !!!!
My family have been long time loyal customers to the Kennedy dealers. I was in a tight spot purchasing a lemon from a dealer locally to me (not a Kennedy dealer) and I called Kurt explained my situation and in desperate need to get into a truck. He made one call and promised me I would be in a new vehicle by the end of the night. Set me up at the nearest location to me and by the end of the night I was out in my new 2017 Ford F-150 at the price I wanted. Service team did a terrific job. Got me in and out quickly including repairing a tire that they found a screw in. So easy to deal with for sales AND service
Their service department is the best they make it a priority to look at my vehicles and they are very efficient they try their best to get me in and out when I bring my vehicles in. Just like yesterday my transmission started acting up in my five year old work truck and the gentleman over the phone at the service department tells me you can bring it right in we will make it a priority to get to In and Out, and that's what I like about this service department at John F Kennedy Ford they treat me like family.
I have purchase my last couple cars through this dealer. Victor is the man to talk to. Their service department is pretty good, but their new quick service thing is awful. If you call waiting over an hour and a half for them to even give your car an oil change quick...smh
Had breakfast at the local diner while waiting for service. Very professional service dept. Saw my salesman who sold me my truck. Just an all around good experience.
