Dr.Koltz is a very compassionate doctor. He listens to what you have to say and is never in a hurry.
She was very professional in doing a test that was not comfortable but made me aware every step of the way. I now have a better understanding of the pinched nerve that is causing my problems.

After chronic and worsening back and shoulder pain for 10+ years, I went to 4different neurosurgeons to get comprehensive opinions on what needed to be done. The 4th neurosurgeon I saw was Dr Stokes. I chose him to do an Anterior Cervical Diskectomy and spinal fusion C4-C6 based on his reputation, explanation, confidence in success, and 31 years of experience. The surgery was totally successful. Three years ago Dr. Stokes did a spinal Fusion on my L4-L5-S1. After having pain in a different area I saw Dr. Stokes and he showed me what was causing the pain. He spent quite a while making sure I understood the 3 different routes we could take to fix the problem.I met with his nurse, his P.A. and then the doctor who all were excellent in addressing my concerns. We will do a decompression and not a fusion and I feel like I am in the best hands to fix this.

I went to see Dr. Wang yesterday. I waited for less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I was greeted with a smile at the front desk by Silvia. She was very kind! The nurse and physician assistant were some of the happiest people I’ve ever met. I wish I could have spent more time with them! We can not say enough wonderful things about Dr.Stokes. He absolutely is the most amazing doctor ever! He was so reassuring and informative. He showed us on an I Pad exactly what was happening with his back and explained everything in terms we could understand. He looked at the MRI immediately once we arrived at his office. Was told I needed referral to schedule with Dr. Austin. Sent 6/21/23. I have small fiber neuropathy in my feet that is progressing, lingering nerve pain from shingles that I had Nov. 2022, & restless leg syndrome. Was told nurses review referrals and someone would schedule me. I called multiple times & was told case under review. Called today, 7/21, & was told that I wouldn’t be scheduled and should go to pain management!
