I have just received new hearing aides a little over a month ago. These aides were not doing what need to be done, I could not hear people talking. The doctor did a great job. He saw that the piece that hold the speaker in my ears was to small, so he corrected the size. He adjusted the aides through his computer, and told me how I can make quick adjustments. We have received fantastic care from the clinics here at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center.
WOW, so today was crazy. An AWESOME lady, Angela Smith, (hope I got her name right) at the Poplar Bluff VA (John J Pershing) made my day. She got me to the VA (an hour away) thanks to the DAV and driver Dan. I was enrolled, given my shots for my bad leg, which were 2 weeks late due to a paperwork scramble, and the driver, who I am friends with now, all left me feeling blessed to tears over the warm fuzzy of today's impromptu events. VA to the rescue AGAIN
The staff and Doctors are very good and careing. Thank you for all you do for me .
