The staff here are caring, competent, and compassionate. They provide as good care and better as I've received in my time. I count myself fortunate to have access to this facility.
Wonderful service. Nurses are awesome. Great services from all the hard workers there.
It is clean. Staff on 4th floor very caring. The IDC team want to help as much as they can.
Great people work there. Everybody has treated me well. Eddie is the most charismatic person I have had the pleasure to meet there are PB VA.

Crappy people who work there. No I repeat Nono customer service skills at all.They send you the meds they want you to have and not what you sent for. God help if your prescription runs out. You will be 2 month getting it after several calls and No one knows who to connect you to. It should be looked in to. And did O forget they tell you "Oh you need to go to your primary dr for that. When you go to the primary they tell you " Oh you need to be seen in urgent care for that". Pass the buck. I would say.
