It use to be descent, sorry lately! If you don't believe me, just call and ask for any department! Takes the operator 15 to 30 rings before they answer and when your forwarded to the department that your request, for example "Business Office" let it ring! It will ring for hours with no answer! You would think us Veterans would at least be able to get the VA to answer our calls, but it appears, we're not important to them at all.
