Poplar Bluff VA is one of the better facilities I've been to. Small enough to make you feel like a person and not a number. The Paragould CBOC is outstanding. From the ladies up front to the nurses and doctors including my therapist. I maybe one of the few that doesn't have any complaints with the CBOC. I couldn't ask for a better CBOC. Poplar Bluff VA hospital is in need of specialists but that's not their fault.
My father, Bernard "Buck" Davis was the first patient to be admitted to this VA Hospital when it opened over 60 years ago. It will always have a place in my heart, since I spent a great deal of my childhood as a visitor here.
