Very disappointed in the service. I've been calling all week to talk to someone in the eye clinic about my glasses. I've left a message everyday along with my phone number and have yet to been called. Way to go guys.
I would like to take a moment to thank everyone at the Poplar Bluff VA for taking such wonderful care of my Father, Bobby Butler. He passed away today July 25th and it was his wishes to die there in the hospice care 4th floor. The Nursing staff was so wonderful to my dad and all of our family. Thank you all so very much for the kindness and compassion you have shown us. We also love the great nurses on the 3rd floor.
