Some people there are great but the care these veterans get are awful and needs to be reviewed. We were tbere for over 5 hours just for a doctor to say there is nothing he can do enough to keep a veteran from having a private doctor and that isn't right at all a waist of time and money that's all they do at the v a
I normally have a good experience, but after watching veterans have to wait over 4 hrs for a shot of cortisone and being given 2 different reading on my blood by the same doctor, I was highly ticked off. There was a lot of other problems that I seen that could have been dealt with a lot better. They owe them other veterans a big apology!
I am writing to compliment the V.A. Hospital. I had 3 appointments today. The staff was very nice to me and treated me with dignity. All employees were very helpful. They even rescheduled one appointment so my wait between appointments was reduced.
