Dr. Barnes is a comprehensive practitioner that listens attentively. As I’m aging, different issues pop up. I workout regularly and he helps troubleshoot possible exercises that may exacerbate my problem. Dry needling has definitely helped. I highly recommend Dr. Barnes.
He doesn’t waste time with getting into the cure of your problem with at home exercises! It’s truly up to you if you want to heal.
