The reception ladies are friendly, professional, courteous and greet you with a smile and "May I help you?" The intake staff is the same. I always get there a little earlier than my appointment. My appointment was taken at the exact time of my appointment and I appreciate that. Dr. Dalton is quite detailed and professional. He provides step by step procedures for surgery and assures you that it will be alright.
Dr. Dalton is very personable and answered all my questions that I had. I would certainly recommend him to others.

When I arrived, the woman at the reception desk was very nice, very efficient. Later, after bring seen and treated by Dr. Dalton IV, as I was making my follow up appointment, that same woman at the reception desk made the very helpful suggestion that I could see the doctor at the downtown office since I work downtown. As for Dr. Dalton IV, I appreciate how thorough he was in explaining to me what was wrong with my finger, explaining what needed to be done to fix it, and answering my many questions.
