Dr Papillion gave me an option when I didn’t think there was any more! He was amazing and his MA is extremely personable as well!
Does not provide patient centered. Did not provide a prescription for Zofran with painkillers even after requested and said he would. Impossible to get a callback for any question or concern. Must have skipped the year of med school where they teach you how to take history of the present problem or general patient history. When you come in for an appointment expect to spend over an hour in the clinic but him to spend less than two minutes in your room.
Great attitude and concern for his patients
Doctors at the practice are outstanding. The merger with Denver-Vail has been a problem. Messages sometimes go unanswered. Front desk is subpar. Can be frustrating, but the docs are so good that we like the practice.
I had a scary mass on my leg. I got a same day appointment with Dr. Papilion and he quickly got the ball rolling to set me up with the specialists I needed to see.
I love Dr. Papilion! He was amazing and his treatment plan sets you up for speedy and successful recovery! He is very good about walking you through everything he is going to do to make sure you are comfortable. The only downfall is Advanced Orthopedics uses centralized scheduling so there were multiple occasions of miscommunication for scheduling. Also expect to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes after your scheduled time to be seen. But in my opinion, Dr. Papilion's expertise is worth it!
Dr. Papilion did two rotator cuff surgeries. Both were a great success and I am so happy I found him. I have great confidence in him!

Simply and succinctly, there is no better practice than this in the region. Dr. Papillion and the ENTIRE team are beyond exceptional. The care is like you’re a family member. I’m so very blessed to have selected Dr. Papillion for my total shoulder replacement. My surgery turned out to be extremely difficult, complex and lengthy-the longest shoulder he’d ever done.
