Incompetence. He told me I needed a subacromial decompression, in which case I would feel a lot better just 2 weeks after surgery. And 6 to 8 weeks after surgery I would feel great, fully functional. Almost as if he was saying it in a boastful way. 2 weeks after surgery my shoulder felt much worse. 6 to 8 weeks after surgery my shoulder still felt worse.
