Went to Dr. Balbas with my Mother about persistent shoulder pain after a Reverse Shoulder Replacement surgery that was performed by another Doctor. First appointment, waited forever to get called back, and then only saw his PA. He dropped by to introduce himself toward the very end of the appointment. The second appointment, he actually showed up, and basically said that there was nothing that he could do except continue therapy, and give her a shot in the shoulder, which did NO good at all.
Very knowledgeable takes his Time answers questions
We went in for an extreme pain in the hip and he was so rude and shurgged his shoulders and said he didn't want to help us! He didn't give us any help and told us to we have to live with the pain! Really?
