I had a reverse shoulder replacement by Dr. Balbas. My questions and concerns were answered and the surgery went great. The hospital staff at St. John Hospital in Broken Arrow were terrific. The staff at the Tulsa Bone and Joint were courteous. I was always seen promptly at my appointment time. I highly recommend Dr. Balbas.

Dr. Balbas is the dude! Between being born with a severe club foot and a major basketball related injury, my knee was in terrible shape. Severe pain, horrible instability...just a god awful mess. Upon the initial examination, Dr. Balbas speculated that I had a torn ACL and MCL among other things. And the subsequent MRI concluded that he was absolutely correct. Dr. Balbas is a very kind, respectful and highly recommended surgeon who performed surgery on both my shoulders due to torn rotator cuff tears. He did an amazing job on both shoulders and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family members. He did an outstanding job and is known to have great rapport with his patients. My results were amazing as I followed his directions to the “T”! Great surgeon, awesome doctor, great results!
