Total knee replacement went very well, a few days later i had secondary surgery to clean out surgical site from Cellulitis
2 weeks post- op PT says I'm progressing well from my bi knee replacements. Pain has been managed well, and all. Qs I've had are answered pretty. L
I was concerned about joint replacement even though I had been in pain for over two years. Dr. Meding and his staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions. The surgery went very well and recovery has been quick.
Original surgery date cancelled because internal medicine doctor ordered an echocardiogram to be done eight days after surgery date. Turned out heart okay for surgery on hips, but an having tough time getting surgery date rescheduled. Meantime Get Well Loop keeps sending me messages on recovery just like the hips surgery was never cancelled. Nobody seems to have control of it once it is started electronically.
Dr Meding replaced my right hip 12 years ago. It has been great. I had the other hip replaced and during rehab started having a lot of knee pain and issues with knee knee on same leg. 6 months later cartilage was checked and torn. Too thin to do less radical surgery. Replaced knee and things are going great. I would recommend Dr John Meding for hip or knee replacement. I can’t imagine what my life would be like without his skills.
