Went in to get a new pair of skis, the employee that helped me was very kind, experienced, and told me everything I should know about the brand of ski I was going to buy! I was very satisfied with my first time visit to Joe's! will be back again for sure!
Worst online customer order experience ever. Purchased an item on Monday, no receipt emailed to me. Called to follow-up and was told by a customer service rep my order was processed, money was removed from my account for the order. 5 days later I received an email that the item was out of stock and it will now take an additional 3 days for my refund to be processed. This would have never happened at Dick's!
Wow! Joe's really came through for me. Last minute order right before xmas, best price around by $35, arrived 2 days early, with special protective packaging!! I am blown away. Thanks, Joe's!
I've been a shopper since I was a kid and they were located on Dale Street, then known as Joe's Bait and Sporting Goods. I was recently in the store doing some shopping for the Christmas season when a gentleman approached me and asked if I needed help. Turns out he was one of the owners. You just have to love a local business where the owners are out on the floor, stocking the shelves and talking to their guests! You had me at hello!
Be careful making online orders at this store. They charge your credit card and do not provide product. The customer service is bad. Now I am just hoping to get refunded. Almost seems like one of them not trusted websites. Goodluck!
Bought an ion this year from you at the ice expo. Great service. Bought two lx7 from you there last year. Great place to buy during that event. Even if it is a zoo you still try your best to help
Came here for Black Friday. Jordan helped us pick out a few paddle boards and even delivered them. He spent time with us discussing the pros and cons to each and helped explain everything which we appreciated. We came in only for a pair of new shoes but walked out with shoes, two paddles boards and some new gloves/hats. We love this spot for our yearly pick up of new "man" toys. Hehe made our early Christmas that much better! �
