Joe's have great deals. Love the clearance rack and annual 20% off. Customer service better than Cabelas or Dicks. I wish they keep online site up to date both FB and website. It's also obvious store does not have a regular business system handling online. Most of Joe's patrons are local folks.
I enjoy shopping at Joe’s because it is not a chain store. It had a homey friendly atmosphere and the people that work in each department actually know what they are selling. So different from other outdoor stores. Plus they honor returns like no other place I have seen.
Been a loyal customer for years, but just had the most frustrating experience. Had a ski disaster and needed a new set of classic Nordic skis in a pinch. So I called the moment they opened and asked if I could pay for some skis and bindings I found on the website. So I could pick them up at the end of the day and make it to an event.
