I had an incredible experience buying skis and boots today with Jim. He was so unbelievably knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jim, I can't wait to try out my new equipment!
The absolute best customer service ever! Went in with my daughter, didn't want to spend top dollar on ski equipment, they understood, and still spent two hours with us making sure we had everything we needed and the right fit! Will definitely go back!!

The staff at Joe's is great, they were very helpful. I had a problem with a product I had purchased previously and they not only exchanged the product they exceeded my expectations and discounted the price and refunded me cash back. I bought several more items with that money and will be back in the future.
Horrible experience every single time, Easily one of the most racial profiled store in the Twin Cities. The Employees are just completely imbecile and just the rudest people. One star for inventory.
