I recently bought a fishing pole from Joe's And the first time to used it I had problems with it locking up. I brought it back And they handled it very professionally I love going to Joe's staff is great. Will Always be a customer.

Customer service = POOR, RACIST CAUCASIAN STORE EMPLOYEES Ignored customers that were not caucasian. Employees only offered help to caucasian folks. Employees pretended not to notice customers that were not caucasian. Store selection = Above average selection of the top brands and models in sporting goods.
