Love the place. However, the website is BRUTAL! Search can’t even specify “hand warmers”, I get rods and reels. It’s unbelievably slow.. even when trying on different networks/devices. Selection is limited. No way to use gift cards, or it must be hard to figure out. The list goes on.. Love Joe’s! However, it’s 2019... this can’t be a good business model. Especially, if you’re not trying to lose business to the big names.

Shout out to Kee Kong for helping me with my rod warranty situation. Good stuff, keep it up! 👍🏼 I had some questions regarding it after words and upper management (not naming anyone) wasn’t friendly or gave good customer service at all. But in the end they still took care of me.
I’m currently working an event at wirth park in Golden Valley MN with PiCa. where Joe’s is sponsoring fishing rods, employees etc and it’s amazing. So many Dads out here with their children. So cool to see Dads from everywhere out enjoying fishing.
Before a recent spring Fishing/Bear hunting trip to Ontario I stopped by Joe's to pick up some ammunition and some fishing gear for Lake Trout. Everyone was so helpful and because of their experience they could give me advice on what specific lures to purchase. Joe's always has the shelves stocked with all the latest gear and the staff are always very helpful. You can't get much better then that!
I love shopping at Joes,but whats the point of having a facebook page if you are not going to tell your Facebook follower about your sales. i think its a bs that i have found about the 50% off sale ice lure from a other fb page.
